My Whirlpool window air conditioner, model ACQ108MRQ, keeps kicking the compressor off. I found that instead of pulling the estimated 8 amps, it is pulling 23 amps when the compressor kicks on, then reduces down to about 19 before the compressor kicks off due to overload. I'm not sure if it's the compressor that's bad or if there is something else causing it to pull too many amps, therefore not allowing the compressor to run. The compressor will only run for a minute or two before kicking off. The air conditioner is only two years old. Please help. fan motor starts then slowly stops
