Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Black Sreen I have the RAZR V3 GSM and recently the screen is black. The phone still works except the screen, any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks, Lynn

    yeah i ve the same problem. My cell is working the keypad is working but the screen is black. I can recieve a call and can make it asswell. But the screen comes on again sometime when i shake the the cell thoroughly. I didn't fall it or anything like that. Plz help me.

what you can do is install the MPT software that came with the phone on to to pc.....then use the old motorola with blank screen and connect it to the pc via the usb cable....once the pc see the phone then located the ringtones folder and copy them to the pc then do the same process with the new phone and then copy the ringtones into the phone folder.

Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.

HELP!! my hot pink razr v3 has a red line constantly in the middle of the internal sreen..


take this to your provider to have fixed the sceern has broke in either a cable losse or a crack but thell fix it.
