If the actual batteries are working properly, a solution would be replaceing the batteries with others with more miliAmps. Also your problem could be a bad battery charger. I want to remind you that you need Li-Ion batteries for your type of camera and a Li-Ion battery charger.Try that and see if it helps you.If not try to explain what really happened and I'll try my best.

CAMERA WONT TURN ON WITH FULL BATTERY

How old is battery. Will it take a few shots if it has just been fully charged? Does it come on at all - rear LCDs?, are there any broken or bent CF pins? There are three fuses on the DC/DC board on the top release end after you have removed the top cover. Two Ks and a P if I remember correctly. They are smaller thana grain of rice.

if the battery is the same age as the camera it may no longer hold a charge. See if you can try another battery.

Im getting an Error 99 on my EOS-300D Digital Camera when I turn off my YN 465 Speedlite flash gun (still mounted) and then I start shooting manually without the flash. Help please, its a bit annoying, but...

To fix this err99 issue, do the following
1. Turn off the camera. 2. Remove the lens, battery, and CF card. 3. Allow the camera to sit without power for approximately 20 minutes. 4. Insert a fully charged battery, and turn on the camera.
If it appears again, then proceed to next steps 1. Turn off the camera. 2. Insert the CF card. 3. Turn on the camera. 4. Format the CF card in the camera.
If you still get the error you should send your product to canon for servicing.

Canon 300d flash won't fire. Pops up ok but display just reads "busy" and camera locks up. Must turn on/off to get camera working. External flash works ok.

This may sound obvious, but have you tried to make surer the battery is fully charged and then see'ing if it still does this? The reason I suggest this is that I had a similar problem and when I fully charged the battery this problem went away. I tend to keep an extra battery (fully charged) plus the charger on hand at all times.

Canon EOS Digital Rebel 300D will not take pictures

Have you tried to take picture by switching off the autofocus to manual focus in a prperly lit environment?
If it takes a picture, then it has something to do with your auto focus system of your camera. In such a case: try taking out the battery, the memory card etc and switch off the camera and keep it for like that for about 5 minutes. And then insert only the fully charged battery and try again.
If it still gives you a problem and keep trying to focus You will need to take it to the nearest Canon Service centre.

Power Problem??? - Maybe Battery Related or On/Off Switch

Intermittent problems are often caused by the door switches - the battery door and card door both cause switches to activate. If it's been dropped on a corner, or the doors aren't closing completely, it'll not come on at all. Squeeze the area around those 2 doors to see if it comes on. If not, there's a loose connection inside that'll have to be opened up.
