Micromax i am forgotted my phone lock code

Micromax q75 phone lock ? : Solution: If you have not changed the default phone lock code for your micromax q75 phone. Then use "0000"(four zeros is the default code) and press the home button(top left most button and not the green sim 1 button). If you press the green button it will say " Emergency calls only" it means you are clicking wrong button. hope this helps you.

My kid was playing around with my k800i now when i switch it on all i get is enter phone lock code and i dont know it so how do i get round this and get my phone to work again

It depends if you kid set a phone lock code on the phone or whether it was merely set to ask for it. There are normally 2 default codes used. One is 0000 the other is 1234. If neither of these work you need to ask a phone techie. Have a look in your manual-it will tell you which it is. There are however 2 different phone locks-one locks the phone and the other is a sim lock. If your sim works in another phone then it is the phone lock. If it has locked the sim then your phone operator should be able to help you.

How to lock the keys

If it is a flip phone, most flip phones dont offer the ability to lock the keys because they are thinking there isn't a need for that since the keys are hidden by the top of the phone, if it is a candybar phone usually the menu key and the * (star) key are used to lock and unlock your phones, if its a smart phone there may be some options in the settings. You didnt mention what brand your phone is based on the model number sounds like a samsung. you can go to samsungs website and research the model number and usually they have information on how to do everything you need with the phone. most cell phone carriers have this info too, you may have to dig threw the website a little though

Sir,

You can lock your phone manually or set the phone to
lock automatically whenever you turn it off.
To use a locked phone, you must enter the unlock
code. A locked phone still rings or vibrates for incoming
calls or messages, but you must unlock it to answer.
You can make emergency calls on your phone even when
it is locked (see page 68).
Locking Your Phone Manually

Find the Feature > Settings > Security
> Phone Lock > Lock Now

to the last 4 digits of your phone number before you
receive your phone.
