When you turn unit on picture flashes on and than off to blank screen, sometimes it will stop and TV picture will stay on. This happens if the power is off and set cools down, if you leave the power on, pictures is fine

- When I 1st turn on my set the picture blinks for several minutes and eventually stays on. It seems to blink more on video that requires alot of light colors to display- bluesquest

My Trinitron Sony Television flashes off and on constantly and has horizontal lines.
