-   i also have the same problem except i didnt drop it. i just hooked it up to the computer so it could charge again and so i could add more music and it won't do anything. i cant listen to music, turn it off, charge it, go to the menu, etc.-   lil_pete1991

Hey guys. I've had the same problem like 300 times lol. I fixed it by just holding down the menu and center buttons for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, here's a bit of a useful support site to help you out ^_^.
