Hold down the power button until the screen goes black. Then press the power button to turn it back on. If this doesn't work, you'll have to remove the battery. If it still won't work, send it to Nintendo to fix; your limited warranty should still apply if it's the XL.
Well It might be the gamepack but the only way to test it out is to try it one a different N64 console to see if you have any luck if it works somewheres else than your N64 console has an internal problem of it 0 luck on something else than Its a fake gamepack because the old consoles will reject fake game packs then.
First try plugging the Super Nintendo into another outlet and see if it works. If not, see if you can borrow a power adapter from someone else to see if it will work then. If it does then you will need a new power adapter.
The superscope uses an infared sensor as well as light detection to work
Chances are that some form of interference is going on so try moving your sensor
You could als ojust have a bad super scope and It's dying out
Thank you for your time Good luck and I hope this helps
Power Light Shuts Off
If the power shuts off during game play (even as much as 30 minutes after the system is turned on), then turns off and won't turn back on or the fan isn't working, the system needs repair.
mine won't work either :c maybe someone can help me? Mine used to work on my laptop and just suddenly wouldn't anyone someday [I think it stopped after my computer got a virus] My computer has been fixed since then but it still doesn't work on it, i works on my mom's computer perfect though :c
go to www.nintendo.com. they have a troubleshooting guide on there. You may have to reset your wii with the power supply. I had the same problem but cant remember what I did. But, I know I found it on there website or in the manual
Well yes you are supposed to put the game in before you turn on the system. another thing is that super nintendo doesn't make the same noises like most modern game systems do because those game systems require more electrical components. If the light is on its most likely working. If it still doesn't work it most likely has dust. you might want to blow in the game or the game console. Hope I could help.
