There is a sensor on each side in the back that monitor the speed of the auger to determine thickness of the slush. if the sensor is dusty, it causes an error.
remove the 2 screws and the panel in the back behind the bowl on that side. you will see the motor and the sensor in front of it. use compressed air to blow out any dust. next, check to see if there are 2 pins on the shaft that pass the sensor. if one is gone, you will need to have it replaced.
