I dont think that there is any way of fixing that by yourself but if you have had it for only two weeks, your warranty shouldnt be up and you can send them your mp3 player for them to fix.

It wont turn on, i can charge it and the computer makes the sound that its plugged in and the buttons start flashing but nothing on teh screen pops up. ive tried reseeting it but i think the button is...

ok take the screen and the play/back buttons off and gentely lift the screen dont pullit off completely it will never work again there is a cord or what ever connecting the screen to the cercuit board do not disconect it or put a rip in it while you are lifting the screen. once you do that you will see two screws take those two screws out put them to the side in a safe place (the screws i mean) once you do that lift the curcuit board up and there will be a cord connected to the battery and cercuit board disconnect the cord from the battery end. once you do that flip the curcuit board over you will see a peace of electrical tape pull it off then reconnect the battery and put it all back together. if you have any questions email me at BLACK4DOOR1989@YAHOO.COM

Screen went blank

Hi, I experienced the same problem this morning, my sansa player (e280, 8Gb) froze in the middle of a song, the screen went blank but the wheel still had its blue light on and i didn't know how to fix it bur then i figured how. If that's the case with your player too, then the solution will be to press and hold the power button till the blue light goes off (abt 8-10sec) and then just restart the player. It should work.

It froze when i tried to watch a video

If your unit is old ( five, six yrs old), you might need a battery. not hard to purchase on web. type in batt. for ipod etc. also it was suggested to slap the ipod with your hand. yes bring them together and slap it!. this worked for me. however it started acting up again and discovered it needed a hard drive based on the symbol the ipod was flashing.

O help me fix it and solve the problem

EZ-Tracks is an adware scam. Delete all songs that you downloaded from that site from your player using either Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player.

My Wheel Rolls EXTRA Slow!

Hey Kayla,

I had the same problem. What happened is i left mine in my car while i was working. This was not the first time either and when i got out of work in the late afternoon i noticed my sansa's wheel was incredibly hard to turn. I went home and searched for solutions and found your very same problem. I went downstairs and found that my dad had a pressurized can of Super Lubricant. 1 small, quick shot directly onto the wheel top and button got the spray lubricant on there good and i just wiped the excess lubricant into the wheel seams. Immediately start turning the wheel in either direction (try to switch back and forth) and it'll start to spin freely. The Heat of an enclosure like your purse or my car in the sun dries out lubricants just like the lube sansa applies in their factories to these products so just try this and tell me how it worked for ya if you still have it.

Sincerely,
Ben (belmont1@gmail.com) ( :

P.S. stop applying alcohol. That's more of a cleaner and all it will do is temporarily fix the glide sticking problem while simutaneously drying it out. Bad method...go with your every-day spray-lube.

Disney Princess MP3 player

Hi,
I think I have fixed the problem of the Disney mix stick not being recognized by thecomputer, or Win Media Player.
I had the same problem for about 8 months now and today I thought I would give it another chance and what I did worked.
First, I put the mix stick into my USB port
Then I went to c:\programs\Disney\Mix stick and there was a file called stupdaterapp, Disney Mix Stick Firmware Download Disney, I doubled clicked that and it started downloading, it was the same ver. firmware I already had but I clicked ok anyway, then when it asks you if you want to Format click yes.
When it finished I went to windows explore and the disney mix stick would let me drag and drop new music files on it and when I took it out, after ejecting it, the mix stick worked, it plays music again, I thanked God, I was about ready to just throw it away because it would not work at all it just flashed that light it has on it, and my computer did not recognize it at all, but after this it works and my grandaughter was so happy !
Please, if this works pass this fix on to everyone, there are alot of people out there with the same problem and maybe this will help them, there is no way I could go to every web site and post this.
Good Luck & God Bless !
P.S. Let me know if this helped anyone! my e-mail address is bevstutts@charter.net.

Not powering ON..getting switched off Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 PLayer

Do NOT format it -- I did a complete format as another user suggested and now it only appears to be useful as a pen drive. It will not play anything and I've tried reinstalling the firmware and it doesn't even recognize that it's an mp3 player so I can't install it!

Rio Carbon Repair

I think you should keep looking for another solution, but what i know is that for out of warranty carbon players you can't get it fixed through rio/sonic blue, they will only replace it for a new one/remanufactured one for 99$. Here's a link to a previous post of someone who had the same problem as you: http://www.fixya.com/ThreadView.aspx?thid=101466&prdid=230965 Good luck
