I have both a Sprint and Cingular T650. I've synched them with the same username and everything works great...Except when new contacts are added, only the first device synched gets the new contact.
Any idea how this can be resolved? I'd prefer to not have two usernames (one for each phone).

Although I have no specific experience with synchronizing two devices, I have found related information, which I'm sure you already know of.
Thinking of the synchronization process it does make sence that you experience that data is missing on one handheld, since the last hotsync from a desktop perspective was to the same device. The way to get around it is to make one of the handheld a "master" and the other a "slave" and once you have synchronized the master you should synchronize the slave making sure that desktop overrides handheld.
Most references state that synchronizing to two handhelds with the same username could cause unexpected results.
In short don't do it - use different names!

Be close to your console when synching your controllers. As always make sure the controller is on.
You will need to press both the synch button on the console and on the controller approximately the same time. If you have done this correctly. The controllers should have synched to the console in a few seconds.

Make sure bluetooth is turned off and the usb cable is not connected. Then do the following:
•Tap the hotsync icon •Notice the words 'Local | Modem' side by side on the screen •Tap 'Modem' •Select 'Standard Modem' in drop-down list •Enter any phone number (eg. 800-525-6452 *this is a non-working number) •Press the Home button
Now hotsync should stop trying to sync automatically. When you want to run a hotsync Tap on 'Local' in the hotsync screen.

Go ahead and do this, in case the DB is corrupted:
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. If addressbook is presently syncing to Contacts in Outlook, then you will need to reinstall the desktop to alter the conduits. The reinstall should overlay the present version. Just select to alter conduits when requested.
I have had this happen to me at work. You need to backup your Jornada on the computer that works to sync (VERY IMPORTANT) and then hard reset the Jornada (which wipes it clean). Make sure that you put the name back into the Jornada identification (it will be wiped out by the hard reset). Then try to synch on the computer that can't synch except as Guest now. It should sync fine.
Then you will need to sync on the computer that works to sync to restore the backup file. Then you will be back to normal.
It is a pain. I don't know why it happens but I know this solution worked for me. Let us know if it works for you.
In a nutshell, make sure you have a recent synch to your PC of the 600.
Install the Treo 650 desktop software
Synch to the username of the 600
Your are done.
You should rename the Treo 600 or hard reset it (you will get data corruption if you synch two devices with the same username to one PC).
If you are paranoid, you can make a backup copy of your c:\program files\palm\ folder to begin with. This contains most of your settings and extra software on the 600. As you are an Outlook user, your personal data is probably in a PST file or it is stored in Exchange.
