Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
After Each load the tray that holds the fabric softner does not drain and fills with water. We have removed the tray and cleaned it but did not help.
I have had three sepaerate service calls and one independant analysis about this problem. For the whirlpool duet washer - this is a design flaw - nothing else - please notice that when you take the detergent tray completely out (and turn it upside down) a piece of plastic falls out but even if you put it back correctly the water only flows out into the washer - either washing everything away or leaving it behind - I have been told there is no fix.
