Earpice not working (by 2 users)

I can't hear any sound going out from the earpiece.. but i do if i use the speaker or the hands free.. I hard reset the phone and nothing. Can someone help me?

I have the exact same problem. At first it would work after a second or so but now not at all. Same thing making or recieving calls.
