Your Aunt Needs the Drivers for the avi file. do you have them installed? they were on the disk. it also had a converter and an editor, which were optional. you should use the converter app, if its installed to convert it to wmv, or mpeg. in it under the two dropdown menus, it will say something about codec. as long as Arcsoft isn't around there, your aunt should be able to open them with out a driver.
