I have a 1985 Ford f 250 I don't have a owners manuel or a fuse box diagram and am trying to figure out what the 5 amp fuse toward the top goes to it's blown and am clueless to what it operates and have several problems I'm trying to troubleshoot

The diagram you are asking for is on page 185 in the 2000 Ford Winstar Owner's Manual. (You most likely already have the diagram in your glove box.)

Which fuse box? there are three: The Battery Junction Block (BJB), the Central Junction Block (CJB) and the Bi-Fuel Relay Module.
