Removing a partition can often result in the complete loss of data; it may still be there but if the directory is no longer intact, files cannot be found.
You may be able to recover them with SpinRite available here:

Hi there. I'm sorry to tell you that when you reformatted the drive you deleted the recovery partition and all the recovery information on it, this is why the recovery disk creator cannot be launched and is giving you an error. Thankfully for you, you created a recovery disk before you wiped the drive so this is your only way of restoring the system so make a back-up copy of the recovery disk you made and keep it safe as the problem cannot be solved because you deleted the recovery partition.
yikes - not recommended downloading recovery dvd's off the net where they can be compromised by trojans and viruses. Toshiba should send you a new dvd - it will cost you a few bucks but is worth it - check out their contact pages or a nearby tosh service centre - a lot of them keep copies of recovery DVD's on hand and may even install it for you
If what you really need is the recovery disk, you can call Toshiba for it but if you only need the drivers, you can go to support.toshiba.com or pcsupport.toshiba.com. For the graphics driver, if you know that you have intel chipsets, you can go to intel.com/support/chipsets - there please select your chipset family then click on the "download" under graphics for your specific chipset then please select your operating system. Please restart your laptop after the download and see if it works. Thank you.
thank you sooooooooo much i ll try to do it and inform you
