Take back panel off inside freezer and you will probably find drain blocked by ice. melt off with a hairdryer and follow up with hot water till it flows freely away. takes a bit of patience

How do you unblock drain on fn360h freezer

What is blocked with ? if it is ice you need to melt the drain, if it is something inside the tube I would use a turkey baster with water in it and surge the water like a plunger .

Ice in the bottom of the freezer compartment

there should be a drain hole at the bottom of the freezer that goes to a evaporation pan underneath. check to see if the drain is clogged. in areas with high temps and or humidity there will be excessive moisture build up,the more the door is opened the more moisture (condensation). Clear the drain, it may just be blocked by ice, MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS LEVEL! This will let the moisture drain properly and prevent ice build up.

Icing up

I've just had a similar problem. I fixed it by removing the large panel on the back of the inside of the freezer. I found a large build up of ice at the bottom of the freezer which seems to have developed because the drain hole at the bottom of the freezer was blocked. I defrosted the ice, cleared the drain and now the freezer is working fine.

Ice forms in bottom of freezer on frigidaire

dependant on appliance you may have a small drain hose at the base of the appliance that drains the defrosted water away at regular intervals. Sometimes this blocks and the water that should drain away just starts to freeze over.
