Question about Creative Labs Zen Neeon MP3 Player
My computer does not see the player? It is brand new, I have loaded all the software. Restarted my computer and connected the zen. The software tells me it does not detect the player???

OK ALL IS WELL JUST..Allow unit to run dead.recharge battery.turn on and push reset(smallpaper clip in reset hole).turn off and back on .should now work.if notformat and download new soft ware athttp://support.creative.com/kb/ShowArticle.aspx?sid=8451.RICHARDM69
