Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
You have'nt given make or model nor if it is a frostfree type. i'm guessing it is a frost free type
remove rear panel inside freezer and you will probably see a build up of ice on the pipework. melt off carefully with a hairdryer and appliance should then work ok
if fault reoccurs, get back to me
