That could be the motor up in the freezer is not working or it could be a defrost problem. If you see frost on the back side of the freezer that is most likely a failed defrost circuit. If you cannot hear the fan motor or possibly a fan switch mounted in the door jamb. Sometimes the drain can stop p and water puddles between the top and fresh food bottom. Forms a slab of ice and blocks the cold air from getting to the fresh food section.
