If you have a version of Image Expert from a different camera, printer, or other product, make sure you install the version of Image Expert included on your PhotoPC 3100Z Software CD-ROM and use it when you are connecting to your camera.

IPhoto stopped recognizing my camera. iPhoto was working until yesterday and now it doesn't. Image capture recognizes the camera but does not give the option to import. The USB port works. The hard...

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto.

As soon as i start the computer I get the message HP Image Zone- Error the program has encountered an unexpected erroe.: Object refrence not set to an instance of an object.

YOUR CAMERA MAY NOT BE CONNECTED? IF IT IS CONNECTED, THAN CLICK ON START, TYPE IN HP IMAGE ZONE, CLICK ON THAT PROGRAM GO TO PROPERTIES AND UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE.

YOU MAY HAVE TO UN-INSTALL YOUR SOFTWARE FOR HP IMAGE ZONE...ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE DISK...THEN RE-INTSTALL AGAIN? WHEN UN-INSTALLING YOU WILL NEED TO UN-INSTALL ALL FILES SO SAVE YOUR PIC'S ELSEWHERE ON YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE UN-INSTALLING!

IF SO...MAKE SURE YOU SAVE YOUR PIC'S IN YOUR DOCUMENTS OR ON YOUR DESKTOP IN A ZIP FILE, SO NOT TOO LOSE THEM.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERA IS NOT HOOKED UP TO YOU COMPUTER WHILE INSTALLING SOFTWARE FOR YOU HP IMAGE ZONE!

SOFTWARE HAS TO BE INSTALLED FIRST!

THEN SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER, HOOK YOUR CAMERA UP TO YOUR COMPUTER, TURN COMPUTER BACK ON...IF THE COMPUTER DOESN'T RECOGNIZE OR DETECT THE HARDWARE FOR THE CAMERA, THEN YOU'LL HAVE TO GO INTO YOUR COMPUTER AT THE START BUTTON AND GO TO INSTALL HARDWARE!

IF YOU HAVE THE DISK, YOU CAN ALSO TRY JUST PUTTING IT IN YOUR HARD-DRIVE AND IT WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS OF UPDATING ETC,.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

All my photos show on my camera but when I try to see or save them on my computer then a portion of them read Invalid Image. What is going on?

Sounds like "a portion of them" are in an image format which is not recognized by your operating system.
I believe Polaroid is using some variant of the jpg image format.

If the "portion of them" you are referring to are movies, then you must have the proper software installed.

Did you try re-installing the software that came with the camera?

The HP Image Zone or HP Photosmart software is not installed on the computer. Install the HP Image Zone or HP Photosmart Software, or see Using Your Camera without Installing the HP camera software in your camera User's Manual. The computer is configured such that it cannot recognize the camera as a digital camera using the Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) standard. Set the USB configuration in the Setup menu on the camera to Disk Drive mode.

IPhoto says camera contains no photos, camera says memory card full

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:

http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/recovering-those-accidentally-lost.html

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're cheap:
