Dear, you must be downloading a file which is larger than 500kb or over the installing limit of your mobile(download limit vary in different sets)
you can increase it by dialling *#82528378# in your dialling screen then in to OTA SETTING, their you have to increase java hear memory to the size of software you are trying to install or download.
example:-if you are downloading a software of size 853Kb then increase it to 853Kb, then it will definitly get installed.

I've tried the code*#52828378# and changed the OTA test and finally succeeded to install my software, but the problem is that after launching i see this message: Java Error: No memory available....!!!!

jar file is invalid means that ur phone doesnt   support jar files

Every phone has a different maximum jar size limit and when you accour this rate you will get this error message. There is no solution to solve this problem. You can't install this jar to your phone.
