Finepix a500 camera When i try (by 2 users)

I also have the same problem. The usb connector once worked perfectly but when I tried it again, It didn't worked. I thought the problem was with the connector but when my mom's officemate tried it on her cybershot, It works. I think I've done something with the camera. Whenever I put in the usb connector, it just says CONNECTING... and then it will let you choose whether AUTO, MASS STORAGE or PICTBRIDGE... if I selected one, it just goes again and again!!! any advice???
