windows 7 does not support drivers that you have in your video card or you video card to be more specific, you'll need to download driver for your video card that support windows 7...Windows 7 have this issue all along since it was first release, all the problems goes to drivers issue. i suggest to downgrade again to your first OS before windows 7.

try to re-install driver of your video card , it should be supported by windows 7

The only avalable drivers are 32 bit drivers.
