I have lost my PIN and PUK code for meteor, and I'm not registered on meteor.ie. My SIM card is not blocked yet. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It seems that your SIM card is locked.

SIM CARD:

If you enter a wrong PIN code too many times, usually three,

your SIM will lock itself. This protects you from someone using

your personal information or making calls if your cell phone is

lost or stolen. You may see "PIN blocked" or Enter PUK code" on

your cell phone display. The PUK code stands for PIN Unblocking

Key. In the U.S., the PUK code is rarely provided when you get

your subscription.

If you do not have your PUK code, contact the Customer Care

customer again. Give them your phone number and once they

are sure it is really you, they will give you the PUK code.
You will then be asked to set a new PIN code. Once you have

your PUK be sure to keep it in a safe place.

Note that if you enter a wrong PUK 10 times in a row, the SIM

will be permanently blocked, and you'll need to purchase a new

SIM card.

Hi, PUK means "Personal Unlocking Key" and it is asked if you enter wrong pin for three times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter the PUK. (it is printed on the voucher of sim card when you have purchased the sim) Your sim card will be blocked permanently if you still entered incorrect PUK code after the 10th attempt.
And if ever you lost the voucher you have only 2 ways to get rid of the PUK code:
1. Replace the sim card or 2. Call the phone company that released the sim card. They will give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity. --Don't worry, PIN/PUK is not related to the phone, it's from the SIM card.

In case you do not have the PUK code available and you are the owner of the SIM card, the only way to unlock is by calling the operator and giving your details.

The operator will ask you some questions in order to identify that it; indeed the owner of the Phone number calling.

Then, the operator will give you a code (PEG) that will set the PIN code to default.

I don't quite understand when you said "I've lost my sim card, how to get my PUK Code?", PUK code is specific for every sim cards, so if you have lost that sim card which was blocked, I don't think you will ever need the PUK code for that sim card. But if you mean that your sim card is blocked and you are being asked for PUK Code, please follow the instructions given HERE. This is one of my "how to's" about PUK Code issue.

how to get my stc puk number

The puk code is specific to your carrier account, Call your carrier and they can give you the puk code for free. If you enter it too many times it will permanently fry your sim card

The PUK & PIN codes are Security Codes that are on the SIM card. PIN( Personal Identification Number ) PUK ( Pin Unlock Key). when the PIN code in entred wrong the SIM automatically Blocks the PIN. to unlock the PIN you need to Enter the PUK. but if you enter the PUK wrong the Entire SIM is Locked.

The PIN Code & the PUK codes are Only Known by your Network Provider. you have to get in touch with them to get the codes. how ever if you have PUK blocked you will have to get a replacement SIM

i have locked my phone but dont know my puk or pin
