Ok I was listening to it and well i got tired so i desided to turn it off. I have a RCA mp3 player, when it turns on it says OPAL so i guess thats the brand or something. Anyway I held in the button like i always do to turn it off, then the screen like frooze...i wondered why cause it happen a time before and it was just fine. Anyway the screen went black so i guessed well it turnedoff.. I plugged it up to the computer and it wouldnt turn on and say UBS connected or some junk like that. So i took it off the plug and tried to turn it on....it wouldnt. I even pressed the little hole don in the back that says RESET. That didnt work....
So i need help... Does anyone remotely know how to fix it, or were i should go to get it fixed?

OK, first thing, you can stop it by powering it off. The try turning it back on. It's gonna say it again, but just wait a few minutes and it should be on a black screen with the menus like Music, and enjoy!
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
