It will start but it wont go when you accelerate

this vehicle is built with a throttle body by wire, that means that it doesn't have the cable from the accelerator to the throttle body, normally this happens when people change the battery, try disconnecting the battery for 10 min, then touch the 2 terminal cables together, to discharge any power in the system, connect battery and try again. if it doesn't work, you well need to program the throttle body or a may be defective. also check all of the fuses, all of them not just some. good luck.

Map sensor is bad

run fault codes and look for faulty sensors

check the timing belt

It seems there is fuel starvation when you reach that speed or the spark plug seems to fail.
(1) Check the spark plug and also see if it's of a correct specs per the manufacturer's recommendation.
(2) There could be a blockage in the carb's main jet which restricts the flow of fuel at that speed.

could be crankshaft sensor.

A variance of 20 PSI indicates a problem.

push the accelerator all the way down to the floor and keep it there as you start the car...keep the accelerator pushed all the way down until the car starts and then let off of it when it starts...do not pump the accelerator

Change the filter first and see if that helps, if not, have a fuel pressure test done.
Also check all the vacuum lines for bad hoses, all it takes is a pin hole in these damn emissions systems to screw up the whole system.
