Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
I am not sure if the power was lost (lots of storms here lately in south florida and it was not connected to a power surge bar) or there is some kind of virus. but the computer shut down and when i turn it back on it is asking me for a password that i do not have and will not let me re-set up. what would caust this? how can i fix this?
Try hitting F10..... and then yes and see if it will boot... failing that boot it again and hit F8 alot... if you get a screen that has safe mode etc.... use the up down arrows to move the cursor to safe mode and see if it will boot.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
