If you accidentally deleted your file, you can usually find them in the recycle bin except when your bin is configured to delete files once it gets there.

If this is not possible, there are many file recovery softwares available in the internet. The appropriate one depends on how your hard drive was formatted (i.e., FAT or NTFS). The earlier you try to retrieve those deleted files, the better your chances of getting it in good shape. If you have already typed in new files, some of the contents will be lost because they will be overwritten.

How to recover files when its deleted

Firstly, do not turn on the computer if possible. The more you run the laptop the chances your computer will write over the area the deleted files were at on the hard drive. When we delete stuff on our computers, technically the information is still there. The operation system just knows it could now write to the area. So as long as you don't turn on the pc the data should remain safe. Now what you can do is remove the hard drive from the laptop and plug it into another pc as a secondary drive (slave). Then install data recovery software on the second pc and scan for deleted files on the laptop hard drive. I use data recovery software from minitool and boot from CD. But if you don't wanna fork out the $60 you could try free software. I did a quick search on Google for free recovery software and found easeus. I've never used this so i can't recommend it but maybe you could read some reviews and decide for yourself. Good luck

Tip

Enhancing your laptop speed.

Make it a regular habit of deleting the temp files on your system as this can lead to slowing of you laptop. For doing this click RUN in the START menu and type "%temp". This will take you to your temporary files which you can regularly delete . Or goto MY COMPUTERS select the appropriate drive, goto documents and settings where you will have temp folder. Select this folder and delete all the files.
Note : Kindly do this activity when you start the computer as it will not delete the temp file which are in use if you do it later.

What can I do to rescue data deleted by pressing "Shift+ Delete" on Windows 7?

Using Shift+Delete to remove files/folders bypasses the recycle bin which is your normal means of recovering accidentally deleted files. You can go to download.com and search for file recovery programs. Some are available that will search your hard drive and can maybe recover what you lost. It is important to do so as quickly as possible because once files are permanently deleted on the hard drive, the sectors that they occupied are no longer protected and can be overwritten by any program or file.

If the file is in use, you cannot delete it. Find out where the file is, come out of your programmes and shut the laptop down. Re boot and navigate to the file, right click on it and choose delete.

How to uninstall snap do?

Step 1:
b> http://download.cnet.com/jetclean/3000-18512_4-75627788.html JetClean tidies your registry, gets rid of junk files, deletes broken shortcuts, and attempts to give your computer that like-new feel again. Then delete cookies Here is a very simple guide on how to delete cookies manually from your computer.

Click on "tools" in your browser. This is usually located in the upper right corner of your browser. Click on Internet options. This will appear in the drop down box and is usually at the bottom. Under the "General" tab look for "Browsing History." Under this heading you can click "Delete" to have the computer delete all cookies for you automatically however to delete the cookies manually click on the "Settings" tab Click on the "View Files" tab under the "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" box that pops up. When you do a second box will pop up with a list of cookie containing files. This may take a few seconds to load so be patient while waiting for the cookie files to load. Highlight any cookie file that you would like to delete. You can highlight more than one at a time by holding down the 'Ctrl" button on your keypad Delete the files that are highlighted by clicking on the "delete this item" located to the left in the same box. As soon as you do you will see the selected files disappear. When you are done just "X" off; this completes your task of manually deleting cookies. You might also do a disk clean up click start click on computer to open right click on your hard drive usually C: select properties in the general tab select disk clean up click ok you can view files to be deleted.

How do i delete pictures and files from my pc

Just select the ones you want to delete with your mouse. You can hold down the shift key and click on the end file in the list to select a whole list of files to delete. You can also hold the control key down while you click on random files in the list to select a bunch of files to delete as well.

How can i recover deleted recordings?

Yes, the most effective way to recover your files from the hard disc is to use a data recovery software. But do not rely on freeware. It's highly possible that freeware will mess up your computer with virus and spyware. What's more, whether it recovers your files intact(some recover the files but can't open them) or not is not guaranteed.
So, I think you can try this one that I have used to get the files back from pen drive.

Cleaning desktop

If it concerns files you can simply leftclick once on the file to select it and than press the Delete button and it will be moved to your trashbin. A rightclick on a file also provides a menu where you can select to delete the file. Rightclick on your trashbin and you'll find the option to empty it. If you want to avoid using the trashbin but directly delete files, press shift and delete on the selected file. Be aware, by using shift and delete you cannot retreive the file, by using the trashbin you can restore accidently deleted files.

Please let me know if this solved your problem.
