Hello--I just bought this new printer and received this code immediately upon turning it on to set it up. I can't seem to get anything to work from the menu button either to figure out what the error is. Any help?

have you already installed the ink cartridges etc. ??

install the software and hook it up according to the quick set up guide and let us know if there are errors after that
