Was wondering if someone could describe the location of the STK392-110 on the board?

Model is 46GW945

I have the 46GW945 set and the schematics were folded up and stuck under the main convergence board (one on the right) but the board with the chip on it should be staring you in the face as you look in the back of the unit. Another interesting thing is the chip is not a STK392-110 on my board it is a STK730-130
