Question about Refrigerators
The freezer keeps freezing up
ice forms behind the back cover and the fan blade catches on the ice
i just defrosted it and now the 'm' light is flashing on the cooling power indicator on the freezer door
not sure what is wrong and how to fix
ngfam1 At your service!
How old is the refrigerator?
If ice forms you may have an outside air leak passing the rubber seal around the door. usually at the corners!
If the seal is not perfect you may not be able to see it with your eye to realize it is leaking air!
my advice is,
if the refrigerator is 9 years old or more it is cheaper to buy a new one!
Todays refrigerators are much more efficient and cost a hell of a lot less to operate. your electric bill will go down Too!
Below I referred you to a great service nation wide!
If none of these tasks remedy the heat problem then here is a good company that's found nation wide.

A&E has schedulers available to take appointments 24/7
And they do warranty work too, for most manufactures!
You will be fine
