Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
All this means is that for some crazy reason the remote is not communicating with the unit. For example if it says "Set 1" hold the #1 and the enter button untill connects. If it says "set 2" hold the 2 and the enter button untill connects.
Hope that helps

I figured out, unlike all the other posts, you don't have an enter button. But Instead, you would hit the 2 and OK button at the same time for a few seconds. I had the RC1 message and I did the 1 with OK and it worked. so if you have RC2, you should hit the 2 and OK. Should work!!

Press ENTER and the number shown on the unit (SET 1, 2 or 3) together on the remote control for at least two seconds to restore control.

To solve the problem you need to change the command code on the remote control to 1. Point the remote to the unit, and press 1 on the remote.
