Most likely your print head is clogged, there are 2,00 some nozzle's in it. If the printer is not used for a moderate amount of time the ink can dry up and cause a clog in those nozzle's. You can try doing a printhead clean from the main menu, or homecenter->?->maintenance. Then after that do a calibration, print a demo sheet to see if there is any improvment. The printhead clean pushes ink through the nozzles to try to clear clogs. The calibration scans those nozzles to see which are avalible to use, and makes sure that all the avalible nozzles are being used. If this does not fix the problem you most likely need a printhead but you will have to call kodak; as they are not avalible in stores. Also you can try updating your firmware from kodak home center, or www.kodak.com/go/downloads
