If you are using an external digital box... make sure the tv is on the proper channel... usually 3 or 4.

In your Tvs menu under the adjust the Picture Settings (press 0 button) to reset back to Factory Defalut

    > Are having NO COLOR on any channel or on the DVD. SO is it in BLACK and WHITE or no picture at all. I know you said the MENU screen is BLUE or in color ....Maybe if you unplug it from the wait 5 minutes and try again
than make sure you have the correct video selected on the TV menu for the cable ( also make sure the TV signal is set fo Cable not Antena)

I cant get my did/vcr combo to play on my Emerson TV. I all color coded cables attached. Help!

Not enough information for a good reply. Are you sure your tv is set to the correct mode or channel for vcr? Make sure both devices are on, your dvd/vcr playing if you can, and see if the tv on channel 3, channel 4 or channel 91 show that dvd/tape. Otherwise, try checking your remote control, MENU button and look for device options, or INPUT options, on the main menu.

Color problem

Please fine tune those B/W channels to obtain color picture. If TV is more then 4 - 5 years old, it needs resoldering in tuning area or might need replacement of IF block.

Zenith tv model # H27H38DT

You can get the installation guide for a Zenith H27H38DT free at the following location. Look on page 36 to go into the VIDEO MENU and set PICTURE PREF to PRESET. That should restore the factory settings, so try that first. If you go into the actual Installer Menu on page 41, proceed with caution.

No color on one channel

Some models of TV's can remember the user settings for each channel programed. Go in to the user menu for the video setup and see if the colour (chroma) is turned down.
