Question about EA - Electronic Arts The Sims Deluxe Edition for Windows
Please update your question. In the time of when it was last on your computer and now that you've reinstalled it have you added a video card and/or updated the drivers. First off have your tried reinstalling it again? One thing you can do is try to find an update for your display adapter. Wether it be a video card or intergrated graphics. If you are able to, collect your computer video settings by going to your run program and type in dxdiag and hit run. Once the program opens up on the bottom save the information and if you possibly can, attach it to a e-mail and send it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will look it over and see if it could be a directx problem or a video driver problem.
