Question about Acer Aspire 3100-1405 Notebook
Wont power up with battery or power cord. Tried holdin power button down to reset, no luck.
1st remove all power to the laptop. Remove the battery as well. Let it sit for 10 mins. This will reset it.
2nd Remove the RAM and re-seat the RAM. Known issue with all laptops
3rd Establish the fact the battery is charging with the power chord. Make sure where the power is plugged into the laptop, that it is not too loose. If so, the laptop may not be getting power at all.
