I had an LG 37" LCD that did this to me. Turned out to be bad solder joints on the side button board. Just reflowed and it starting working fine.
But now that I think about, I had another set do the same thing, only it wasn't the button board. I had to upgrade the TV's firmware via the USB service port. Just needed a USB flash drive and downloaded the firmware from the mfg's website. There were easy to follow instructions there too!
do you have the swich on the back of the xbox plug set up for reg tv? Does it work in that mode with just the red, yellow and white wire in the side AV slot? If you were using the xbox on another tv its possible you modified the display settings in the menu. Try hooking it up to a standard tv and reset the setting to default then try rehooking it up to the plazma.
Picture burn is caused not only by xbox's, wii's and such, but by regular tv as well (those little insignias in the bottom right hand corner).
Main thing is to turn any brightness controls down to lower levels, and do not leave still images on the screen all the time. As long as the images are moving, then the screens don't "burn".
I was looking for codes for you but cant find any compatible ones!
