Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
How to reset all ?
1 Turn the machine off with the switch under the machine.
2 Hold down the upper right hand corner button and while holding down the button turn the machine back on
3 Wait for the display to come back
4 press Subtotal ( usually the third button up on the lower right side or the one just to the left of that one)
5 It will come up with a 2 line menu that say Flag Clear or Init 2
6 Scroll down to Init2 and enter "8" 10 times and press yes
7 wait till its done and sign on
All total are now gone!!!

Hi. I can help with the 2100. Do you want to reset the daily sales totals or the previous owner's programming?
I do not recommend clearing programming in these as you will lose a massive amount of system programming, and will have hours of work ahead of you. If you want to change things such as shop details or products then it is much quicker to edit these.
Please let me know exactly what you need to reset and I will help.

Hi. I will need more information. What happens when you try to take the report. Can you make it as far as the report modes? Do you see an error on the display? Which reports are you trying to print?

Turn key to program mode.
Now type the characters for the first line of the receipt message using your programming sheet under the keyboard.
Type characters for second line
Type characters for third line
Type characters for fourth line
That should do it.

YOu dont need a manual,to fix this. As a matter of fact you need a computer with casio's CVW or CV10 program and then you can change the manager # with the software from the computer.

What do you mean by button sheet? Do you mean the clear plastic that goes in the menu sheet holder, or the paper sheet with the alphabet on it for programming (programming keysheet), or the paper sheet that has your products written on it (menu keysheet)?
