Weber no longer offers or support conversion kits. If you do any conversion it will VOID you warranty!
That said, if you can find the parts online for the version of your grill you can convert it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.
You will need to change the JETS and the GAS REGULATOR. Unfortunately they do not sell official Weber Gas Jets alone. You will have to buy the complete Manifold, valves and all as well as the Regulator...
Make sure you are comfortable with all of this... Leak testing etc...
You may have luck finding parts at:

I'm assuming that you're looking for a gas conversion kit. Weber does not sanction converting their grills from one gas type to another . Nor, do the sell conversion kits. This is because each model whether natural gas or propane is tested and approved only for the specific gas type. Converting becomes a safety issue.
Hope this has helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

SOURCE: where do i find propane to natural gas conversion
Apparently, Weber does not make a conversion kit to convert the grill from propane or from natural gas to propane. According to the Owners Manual - "Liquid propane gas is not natural gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in a liquid propane unit or liquid propane
gas in a natural gas unit is dangerous and will void your warranty." (From Page # 3 of the Owners Manual)
