    Mirran,

Thanks for the quick response. I have the back off the unit and see the boiler (I assume) on the right side but not sure where the thermostat fuses are and how I reset them once I find them. On the bottom right side of the boiler I have four wires going in with plastic casings on the end. Are the fuses in these?

I have exactly the same problem. I have the back of the machine off and see the same 4 wires connecting to the boiler, but I can't see any resettable fuses. Any tips on how to locate the fuses?

I have the same problem- can't determine where these buttons are on the boiler. are they actual buttons or just things that push that are button like? How do I get the top off to check if my fuse is there?

    Thanks.

I had no power to the incanto machine and these instructions were right on! Thanks for saving me a trip to the service outlet. Some pictures would help, however. There are 2 resettable push button type fuses on the right side of the boiler push the buttons and you should get power back.

Hi,

Take off the water tank and loosen the two screw in the chassi. Lift the chassis little and take off the back piece.

If your machine is new model then you have a round boiler on the right side, put in a finger between the chassi and the boiler, you have two thermostat fuse you have to reset.

If you have a old model the you have a fuse on a wire, if you not find any wire with fuse, then you have to take off the top of the machine. You will then see the power card, find the fuse on it and check it.

Hope this will help you.

Best regards

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light.

Our saeco incanto turned off for no reason-won't come back on.

Push on the right upper side of the door and see if the light comes on?

I have the same problem. It seems that the group motor issues. I ve opened up and found the group motor is coming some sparks. I know very well Saeco Magic Cappucino , Saeco range is more or less the same, Saeco incanto, first time deal with it , somebody just brought it to me to check it. I might fix it if find parts for it.
Load circuit means a lot, flow meter, pomps, could be the electronc board, bewing unit blocked up with coffee, so basically there is no water in circuit water or is air in water circuit....You have to check everything,

Saeco Incanto Sirius S Class

Hi,

Take off the top of the machine, look at the printed circuit card and see if you can see anything that is broken.

Look at the fuse in the machine to see if they need to be reset.

Saeco Incanto power loss.

You either have two things i think, my first thought is a leak.
The two most usall leaks on a incanto is either from the boiler or the steamvalve.

alitle more long shot is a defective fuse on the bioler.

Cold coffee, machine does not go through warm up cycle

I think its the main element that has a fuse thats need to be reset.
There is 2 kinds of elements on this machine one for the steam and one for the coffe.
On the main element there is 2 automatic fuses that you can reset by just clicking on them.

Brand new Incanto Classic bought online, not working after 1 month

First, machine should be under warrantee- check with 1800myjuicer.com
Sounds also like you have blockage in the steam wand- every time you froth milk, you should let some water come out- to prevent clogging. Try first inserting a pin into steam want ( machine turned off) to see if that alleviates the problem. Also contact
