I forgot my password. i received a temporary one ,but i don't know where to put it

Follow the steps for retrieve/reset your password...

1. go to gmail home page.

2. click on need help below the sign in button.

3.click on i don\'t know my password.

4. Enter your gmail address.

5. Click on i don\'t know

6. You are asked to get a verification code on my phone: ••••••••••xxx

.then click on continue.

7. Now you have to enter 6 digit verification code texted to your mobile number that was registered to your gmail acoount.

8. Now enter new password.

You put your temp password in the same place that you would your other password.

Then after that, change your password and remember it.

Are you sure you reset it ? Try holding the reset switch with power off and unplugged for a few seconds, then try resetting with power on.

• If you do not remember your password, you can click "I Forgot My Password" on the login screen and the 2Wire will provide you with a password hint.
• If you still do not remember, you can click on "I Still Don't Remember My Password" and the 2Wire will prompt you for the system key.
• The system key is located on the side of the 2Wire HomePortal on a sticker and is a 10-digit number surrounded by brackets (ex: [1234567890]). It is located between the two barcodes on the sticker (see image below).
• Once you enter the system key, the 2Wire will allow you to reset the password to anything you like.

If after your hint is shown to you, you still can't remember your password, there is a "I still can't remember my password" link that you can click to take you to a page to obtain a temporary password. To obtain a temporary password, you must call the support telephone number on the screen and provide the special code number that is generated by your HomePortal. The support representative will use this special code number to generate a temporary password. Once you have entered the temporary password, you can then change your password and enter an appropriate hint.

You can recover your password so that you can make it work fine.

Try to change your password of your every account by clicking on "forgot your password" box.

all you have to do is:

1) go to the log-in screen

2) look for the forgot password link then click it.
( make sure you have another email address to send the temporary password )
( if you don't have another email address then you have to call your email provider for them to reset it)


just send us your question anytime.

You can still reset it. Open the Skype, enter your username, click "Forgot you password?", (you can do even if you don't enter the username, but it's better since you'll be taken to your personal page, check the url, you'll be be able to see your username).

Another windows will open up on the Browser, there, you'll see box "Enter your email address", type in your email address and click "submit"

You'll receive a temporary password on your email. Use the code to login and change the password after you are logged in. Note: to change the password, you'll need the temporary password, so don't delete the email, better note it down and change it once you are logged in.
