Does it have a webcam built in or do you have a webcam that you plugged into the USB? Do you have the software installed?

Provided the drivers for the webcam are installed correctly, as they should be if you are using the software that was provided with the NC10 netbook, then you just need to start an application that uses the webcam....Samsung provide a program called 'Play Camera' with their Windows XP build but you can also use a messaging program such as Yahoo Messenger which lets you share a webcam.

You only need to re-install the webcam's drivers which were lost when you reset/formatted your netbook:
1. Go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/NP-N150-JA06US and scroll down to the item called "Camera (Driver) (ver.345.2001.4004.3)"
2. Right-Click that link and select "Save As" or "Save" to Download that file.
3. Once downloaded, navigate to it's location (usually Downloads folder) and double-click the file to run it.
4. Follow instructions as prompted by the installer program and your webcam should be working immediately after installation or after rebooting.

Emachines em350 netbook has a built-in Webcam that located at the upper center of the screen. Its already program or install in the computer.

Yes, webcam is running on windows 7 also.

First, go to CONTROL PANEL then PROGRAMS click the UNINSTALL A PROGRAM then check if there are WEBCAM install then closed the folder.

You can also go to START then check if there are install program like WEBCAM.

Yes, it is perfectly possible! All you need to do is connect the webcam via USB to your Netbook and insert the Installation CD and follow the Setup Wizard.

You should attach a external webcam, if you have no webcam on your laptop. Then you will try.or the laptop contain a web cam then you should install the driver software for it.

If it's built in, you may need to install, or re-install drivers for the webcam.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
I have a netbook, i cant install webcam disk
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Check whether the Webcam is listed in Device manager Go to Start right click on computer click on manage , click on Device manager , In Device manager under imaging devices see whether there is webcam listed , if not install the webcam driver from www.support.acer.com, Check whether the Webcam Application is listed in All programs, if not Re-Install the Software from Acer Recovery manager Access Recovery Manager by going to All Programs ->Acer-> Acer Recovery manager -> Restore-> Restore Drivers and Applications , Select webcam software to Install
