Question about Computers & Internet
The reason why this is happening is because the internet bandwidth may not be enough to stream the content at an acceptable speed. You can try to check if there is a lower bandwidth version of the clip but its unlikely.
If you are sure your internet connection can handle the video you are viewing, visit www.speedtest.net and run a internet speed test to determine your connection. Now compare this speed with the speed you are supposed to get for the price you pay. If this is way off, you may need to tweak your network connection slightly.
A site called DSL Reports has quite a few tools you can use to tweak your network connection.
If after using those tools you are still encountering a problem, you should contact your ISP and let them know you are having bandwidth problems.
