I don't believe so, I believe that it's integrated into the system. However, if it does have an enable/disable function, you will find it in either the device manager, or the system bios. If it's not in either of these, then you won't be able to disable it without removing it completely.

This sounds crude, but you could simply remote the track stick plastic piece and this should get rid of it irritatingly bouncing your mouse all over the place when you're trying to type :0)
