Assuming this is a Samsung N150 netbook with Windows 7 Starter Edition installed, there is no provision for changing the desktop background. Basically, you're stuck with the set background unless you upgrade to a fuller version of Windows 7. The starter edition is a cut back version of the operating system, and this is one of the features that is disabled.

Windows 7 Starter Edition does not allow you to change the wallpaper. You will need a third party application such as Stardock My Colors from www.stardock.com.

if you have windows seven on your laptop then you cant change the background it just wont let you.sorry!,but i hope this helps!:)

you can not change the desktop wallpaper unless you upgrade to windows premium

How can i change my wallpaper in samsung n150

It all depends on the Operating System that you are using! if you are running Windows7, this is how your proceed
One the current Wallpaper, or on the desktop,

Right click your desktop in the Blank space.
Single Click on Personalize
> > From there you can Pick a different Theme, or get more themes online!
Click on Desktop Background
Select from there whichever is the best for you or browse another Location.
click select all click Save Changes.

(You can also change the time interval between your wallpaper picture)
