Click OK and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

Assuming you are running Windows XP or Vista, check the sound recording settings. In the Control Panel, select Sound and then check if the webcam is selected as the source for the sound recording. Also make sure the sound recording volume level is not set to zero (which it often is!).
If your webcam driver is properly installed and has a microphone, this should fix it.
Web Camera’s have to be
setup on the program they are to be used with.Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to
broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for
the Audio and Video to function properly.
Follow the instructions hopefully this solves for you
let me know
Open AIM then click setup then live video
Then "Audio and Video Tuning Wizard" opens.
Be sure to enter the right camera. If no camera shows up, your camera is not properly connected or configured.
Here you will see a video window with your camera in action.
Click Next Click Next
Enter the right microphone. Some cameras have a microphone built in. Some other cameras need a separate microphone. In this case be sure that your mike is properly connected.
Select your speakers and be sure they work properly.
Next "Click to Test Speakers"
Adjust the speaker volume as needed.
Click Next Make a mike test and observe the volume bars moving to the right. Adjust the mike sensitivity so you have a good meter movement when speaking normally without peaking to yellow or red.
Click Next Click Finish Close the "IM Preferences" Window by clicking OK.
Close the "Instant Message" Window.
Your SETUP is complete.
On the "Buddies List" click the SCREEN NAME of a user you wish to chat with.
The "Instant Message" window opens. Here you also have a type interface and you might check if your buddy is ready to receive your video chat invitation.
Click the Camera Icon. You are ready to chat. Your buddy still has to accept your invitation.
What you need to do is when you go to the advanced settings on skype, slide the volume slider thing, then click save before you speak or do anything to make the slider move back. I just spent 2 hours fixing this bug, and it worked for me. good luck
