Eco light sometimes indicates that water has got into the bottom panel of the machine. A float switch is underneath to protect the machine ( and your kitchen floor from being flooded. ( Either from overfilling or a leak) If you tilt the machine backwards see if any water runs out. If the machine restarts , then you will have sourced the problem. Should the flashing start again later, you may have a water leak underneath. Also check the lower door gasket to make sure its clean. If the gasket is dirty, sometimes water builds up behind the gasket and drips over the front of the tub into the bottom panel underneath causing this symptom. When cleaning the gasket, be very carefull!! The edges of the door at the bottom are razor sharp..

It is not a dishwasher but a range hood exhaust fan!
If the unit has the ECO light flashing and the pump running all the time then the overflow tray maybe full OR the overflow switch may be faulty. Check if there is water in the overflow tray. I my case the tray was empty and dry and this mean the overflow switch was faulty. A quick fix (AFTER YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED THE UNIT) is to pull the blue wire off the overflow switch and the dishwasher works fine.
This is only a temporary fix of course as the overflow switch must be replaced or you risk a flood.
