WORST PHONE EVER

It doesn't work, except when it says emergency use only. This is the FORTH time I have sent the phone back and I am clearly disappointed. If you can offer help that would be wonderful, but I highly doubt I will EVER buy another Sony Ericsson phone again.

    Yeah i use to restart it all the time but i still did not work. When i tryed to switch the 3g off it still could not find a service

I'd contact your network provider if I were you. I had similar problem with my P1i and it turned out it was the network setup pf my provider.

Yes,it's a major problem with uiq phones they need to be ''restarted'' once a day, also try switching off 3g if you don't use it and if you don't have good 3g coverage.

Your phone has been flagged as low use, and there will have been times when you have had incoming messages and your phone has been off so your messages go to the back of the queue.

Cellphones should be on 24/7/365. Try leaving it on all the time for a month.

Also there is some animosity between carriers and I expect some are delayed purposely and also between phone makers. Samsung and iPhone in particular.

Turn the phone off wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. The problem should be gone until the next time you do what you did to get it in that condition/state.

Volume doesn't work


in most chrysler product like jeep, they have amplifiers under the back seat. those will not work with an aftermarket radio. those have to be bypassed in order for you to get any sound out of your speakers. i have delt with that myself with the numerous jeeps i have owned.

menu, settings and tools, call settings, location....that might work. Id on't have that exact phone so it may be a little different on your phone.

Phone not workig after emergency calls only message


"emergency calls only" means your SIM doesn't get connected to the phone or you have EEPROM code corrupted. No way to make it work on your own - get your device serviced at the local repair shop.

My motorola W388 phone always displays as Emergency only No incoming or outgoing calls


1.I am going to state the obvious now.
Have you moved to a area which doesn`t supply your w388,or can you move closer to a window to get signal.
2.One thing that can happen is if you move into a different area that doesn`t find your phone signal, the "emerg calls" can remain on.
Turn off your phone, take out the battery for 5 secs then putit back in.Turn on and should fix the problem.
