So, all you did was R&R the fan. This should be simple enough. I'm going to venture to say that either the processor isn't seated correctly, or you missed a connector. Tear it back down, pull the processor, blow it out with air, and reseat it. Also check for any connections you may have missed, and reseat the memory. At the initial start, start it without the battery, then reboot with the battery. You did remove the battery when changing the fan, right?
