could be the 3d glasses or your monitor settings or the game itself. make sure the glasses are syncing or play with the settings to see what works. read the manual.

Patch to v 1.31
download dgVoodo 1.50 beta2 from http://dege.fw.hu/
Extract dgVoodoo into the folder you installed Shadow Company in
Play the game!

the game resolution is not supported by your monitor....this is the reason your screen goes blank....
by the next time if the screen goes blank, press alt+ctrl+del together and check are you able to see the task manager....
if you can see the task manager, then close the game from that window by selecting end task....
if you cant see the task manager, then press ctrl+alt+del together 2 times and check....
if nothing works, then try by checking with any HD monitors if available with you or with your friends...

try downloading latest directx drivers and also upgrade the graphics drivers on ypour system

Have you installed the latest driver? Uninstall the old one and install new one after reboot. Don't install the 64bit one at the top asit's beta,good luck John
